This is a great tut, thanks! I've probably cut up a 100 chickens, but there are still a few excellent tips I've learned here, like keeping the skin on the breast meat and making sure to get those oysters released for the thighs.
The dog making an appearance at the end is a great touch. Pets, they are always around to "help" at meal prep time, aren't they?
