I had the good fortune to have this cake made for me for my birthday and it is the loveliest cake I have ever eaten. Really delicious unfortunately I had to share it with 6 other people one of whom doesn't particularly care for desserts. Someone should have told him :-)
Thank you, Nadia. Really appreciate that. And that's absolutely what I love about this recipe. It is lighter, but really doesn't compromise on taste and texture. And one thing I can admit, the first time I made this I didn't have time to chill it totally. And it does make a difference. Things like this recipe and cheesecake really need time to chill.
