Also: one of my favorite memories from a week in Helsinki is being greeted each morning in the hotel cafe with a fortifying shot of sea buckthorn juice.

Congratulations on your one-year anniversary, Wil. As someone who has long dreamed of visiting Scandinavia but have not yet been (Italy always seems to get in the way!), I enjoy learning about it through your (non-Finnish) eyes.

Sea buckthorn, eh? The lady behind the cash register at my local Russian grocery insisted I try a small bottle of its juice. The flavor was...surprising. Since I do not suffer from eczema or pronounced wrinkling, I don't see the need of it. Please convince me otherwise.
