Well done Wil! Your video was excellent and I love that you used a regular plant/weed from your neighborhood which, as I'm in Canada, seems very exotic!
Thanks so much, Donna! And thanks for taking a look at my newsletter. But I think pineappleweed is native to North America. Maybe you can find it where you are after all?!
Happy Birthday to you, Will! For some reason I had assumed you were in California, and so imagined that pineapple weed was some potent strain of marijuana, before actually reading... this looks amazing (as does weeedom!) 🙏
Happy birthday young Sir - loving the video style and the pie - Sweet Jesus! I am an easy sell via my sugar addiction, even so, I trust it’s dee-licious. Keep èm coming please...
That's much appreciated, thanks. I was really inspired by your very fun video. But as I said in another comment, I have some learning to do before mine look as slick as yours!
Honored reading this - thank you and thrilled to inspire! We all have "some learning to do" - know that your approach is unique and the rest will come. With that said you're already there - it's a repetition game now. 🙏🏻
In writing this piece, I checked whether it is actually spelled pineapple weed or pineappleweed. Both are correct... maybe I should've used the latter...?
It was an amusing moment when I considered a weed pie with added pineapple for the munchies! Maybe no form of spelling or punctuation would eliminate that ambiguity.
Wonderful to learn about plants I’d not known about!

I will look into that!
Food is magnetism! Thank you for this original recipe 🍰
You're welcome
This was so good! Your dry sort of humour really comes through on this one. It felt relaxed and the recipe was unique and well explained.
You’re comfortable in front of the camera, too, which is a bonus. Did you enjoy making the video?
Also, happy bday!
Ah, thanks Taegan. And yes it was fun. Never made anything like it but I thought it came off alright as well. I hope.
Happy birthday to you Wil.
Thanks, Will!

Hmm... I wonder if this explains the higher than AVG unsubs with this post... ,🤔 Anyway, thanks for having a read!
Weird
Oh no! That seems to be jumping the gun a bit. Well, their loss, because this looks delicious

My first thought when I read the title was, “Well, those are two very different plants to add to a pie” - grateful to have my herb knowledge expanded!
Happy birthday!

Thanks, Daniel. It's lovely to share this thing I learnt about from cooking in Nordic kitchens.
Happy happy birthday!! I’m so glad you celebrated by making a video for us! Do more! 🥳
I have some learning to do when it comes to video but this was very fun.
How very, very kind of you. A lovely message to receive. Thanks, Barbara.
