I’ve been eyeing up Black Sesame ice-cream at a bio gelato shop in Cadaques. That’s it, I’m buying tonight and maybe pairing with Intense chocolate sorbet or Thai coconut. Tuff decisions 🤤

It’s such an interesting concept, endless potential! I think the owner of Dersou was world cocktail champion back in the day. There was one cocktail which was made with sesame oil and the glass was part-coated in sesame seeds, no wine pairing could compete, ha!
